The 4 or 5 cases that I have sent you have been very difficult and have not responded to traditional medical treatment. Thank you for being available to help them with TFT. This is the kind of response we need to get to the medical community.
What is Thought Field Therapy?
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a tapping method developed by psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan that combines focused attention on a specific concern with tapping sequences on designated points of the body.
TFT is designed to provide practical tools that can be used in the moment—when dealing with stress, fear, anxiety, difficult emotions, or other challenges. Techniques range from simple tapping algorithms that can be learned for personal use to advanced diagnostic methods used by trained practitioners.
At its core, TFT is about giving people practical techniques they can learn, use, and take with them.

Practical Applications of Thought Field Therapy
Thought Field Therapy was developed as a practical approach for addressing emotional distress and other challenges that can interfere with how we feel, function, and perform. TFT techniques are designed to be used while focusing on a specific problem, feeling, or experience.
The Original Tapping Method
Developed by Dr. Roger Callahan
Thought Field Therapy was developed by psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan beginning in the late 1970s and early 1980s. His work introduced a new approach that combined focused attention on a problem with the stimulation of specific points on the body.
TFT became an important early influence in what would develop into the broader field of Energy Psychology. Later tapping approaches drew from concepts pioneered through Callahan's work, while TFT continued to develop its own system of algorithms, diagnostic procedures, and advanced techniques.
Meet Dr. Caroline Sakai
